I first met Sophie when we joined the same mothers group after having our first little babes at the end of 2015. There was a definite connection and I remember thinking how lucky I was to meet such like minded mama's. Little did I know I had just made a lifelong friend and one who would cement for me the direction I wanted to take my photography.
Fast forward to August 2018 and Sophie invited me into her birth space to document the beautiful birth of Fletcher. It was such an honour to be a part of her birth journey and to hold space for such an incredible woman. Following Fletchers birth I was able to catch up with them a few weeks later for an absolutely heartwarming in-home newborn session.
It was such a treat for me to capture Sophie's birth journey in hospital, then being welcomed into their home and witnessing what life was now like as a family of four.
